There's a lady who's sure all that glitters is gold...

Autumn Greetings to all our Kiss or Kill Glamour Queens!

Like Led Zeppelin ".. There's a feeling I get when I look to the west.." that fills our souls with new found harvest orange and glittering gold coated Fall time visions that we want to bring to life for our favorite season of all!  

Our first official Fall look is inspired by Woodland fairy folklore paired with a Kiss or Kill touch.

To achieve the dainty and dazzling look of a forest pixie Samantha created a dress made of champagne colored antique lace. The fabric is draped accordingly to Roya's stature and features a dramatic cowl neck line, a sparkling organza tail, and a glitter cross belt. Accessories were kept to a minimum besides the beautiful hand crafted flower head piece by Veronica, and a pair of nude embellished sandals.  

The lyrics of "Stairway to Heaven" took a massive part in the inspirational part of this concept for Veronica. Not only in the makeup but in the photography and selecting the best location possible as well. Visions of luscious forests filled with vast amounts of autumnal delight filled her mind when piecing everything together. The makeup was intended to elude to the idea that Roya was somewhat inhuman, perhaps some sort of a fairy or nymph that had lived in the forest all her life. In order to add a striking quality to her face Veronica decided to accentuate Roya's gorgeous cheek bones with a shocking amount of gold glitter that was paired with several shades of gold, brown, amber and an unexpected pop of green on the eyes. The face was finished off with a burgundy lipstick to add depth and drama to the look. The final touch to this look was some glistening body art mixed with hues of autumn to give her skin a surreal appearance.
