Danse de Roses

Bonjour! 

The Kiss or Kill would like to present our first post of 2015! 

We decided to delicately chasse our way into the new year with a delightful ballet look! 

To create the whimsical look Samantha custom made a gathered pink skirt to amplify movements when worn and paired it with a sweet velvet corset to give the skirt a stage ready sophistication. The shoes are our model Rebecca's own personal pointe shoes as are the ballet inspired Betsey Johnson earrings. 

Elegance, beauty, and floral's are some of the key terms that came to mind when planning out the makeup for this shoot. Veronica decided to take a very delicate approach this time around and used a soft pastel pink eye shadow on the lids with dramatic double winged liner and accented the eye area with rhinestones on the inner corners. Rebecca's gorgeous pale complexion was finished off with blushing pink cheeks and bight glowy highlights. The lips were a mixture of rosy pink lipsticks. To add an extra feminine touch she painted some pink rosettes streamed together by minty swirly vines. The hair was styled into a half up bun that was adorned with a lace wrap embellished in roses that Veronica made.
